Personalized chronome (time structure) complements genome detecting vascular variability disorders (vvds), including mesor-hypertension

Cornélissen G., Frolov V., Chibisov S., Kharlitskaya E., Halberg F.

Abstract

Computer-aided, automatic, inferential statistical, self-help-based preventive health care is better and cheaper when the personal surveillance is done by a secure Internet, without the need for a care provider. The introduction of such a system in a medical faculty and then university-wide, and extended to secondary education, could lead to a universal scientific literacy of the entire population, while it also promises dividends from research on space weather in the spirit of Alexander Leonidovich Chizhevsky, that was not possible in the pre-computer era.

Siatkin S.P., Berezov T.T., Fedoronchuk T.V., Gridina N.Y., Neborakh E.A., Shevkhun N.A., Sokueva N.A., Ustinova E.V., Sokuev R.I.

Abstract

The effect of aliphatic amino- and oxy-derivatives of Ornithine and of S-(Adenosil)-methionine on the growth of L-cells in tissue culture was studied. The common known specific inhibitors of polyamines synthesis enzymes DFMO and MGBG were used for control and monitoring of test compounds action efficiency. The action of 1-aminooxy-3-aminopropan (APA), S-(5'-desoxyadenosile)-S-methyl-β-thioethyl-hydroxylamine (AMA) individually manner and in combination of one with another was similar with DFMO and MGBG effect but less pronounced. The degree of L-cell growth inhibition in the 4th day achieved 50-60%. By the 7th day there was observed a tendency not only to the growth rate stabilization but also to its reconstruction. It is indicative of reversible effect of APA and AMA compounds action on the cell growth that it differs from DFMO and MGBG actions.

Abstract

The problem of acute gastroduodenal hemorrhages remains one of the most urgent and unsolved tasks of urgent surgery Our study included 199 patients with hemorrhage from chronic ulcers. The first group (control) consist 104 patients with hemorrhage of chronic ulcers, in which active tactics was used, based on forecast of rebleeding. The second group (basic) consist 95 patients with hemorrhage of chronic ulcers, which treated with endoscopic and drug hemostasis; operation was performed only in the case of rebleeding. Surgical activity in control group was 45,2% (47 patients). Postoperative death was 8,5% (4 patients). Conservative treatment undergone 57 patients (54,8%). Rebleeding occur in two patients (1,9%). Common death rate in first group was 10,5% (11 patients). In basic group rebleeding occur in 3 patients (3,2%), they all were operated. Postoperative rate death was 40% (2 patients). The Death rate in conservative treatment was 1,1% (1 patient). Common death was 3,2% (3 patients). Thus the use of endoscopic hemostasis and conservative treatment in patients with hemorrhage from the chronic ulcers, reduce quantities of operations, and decrease the percentage of rebleeding with a reliable decrease in the rate of death.

CD25+CD4+ regulatory т lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer and prostate adenoma

Agaev N.M., Avdoshin V.P., Moskaleva Е.Y., Popova О.N., Severin S.E.

Abstract

CD4+CD25+ regulatory Tcells (Treg) have been shown to inhibit the activation and function of T cells that participate in antigen-specific immune responses. Higher levels of Tregs have been reported in the peripheral blood of patients with several types of tumors. The aum of this work was the investigation of the number of CD4+CD25+ cells in peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer (PC), prostate adenoma (PA) and urolithiasis as control group. Levels of Tregs in the peripheral blood of patients were measured by flow cytometry. Data were analyzed using unpaired Students t test. The levels of Tregs in the peripheral blood of patients with PC and PA were significantly higher than those in control group. These findings show the potential importance of Tregs in modifying immune responses not only in patients with PC but in patients with PA too. Although longer studies are necessary to confirm these findings, these studies also show for the first time the differences in Treg level in peripheral blood of patients with PA, and thus, provide a basis for immunotherapy trials involving the inhibition of Tregs in prostate adenoma and PCa patients.

Shangichev А.V.

Abstract

A research purpose was an estimation of NO products by phagocyting leucocytes in blood, prostate secretion and ejaculate of patients of CAP/CPPS IIIA. 36 patients with the set diagnosis of CAP/CPPS IIIA (1 group) were tested and examined. Group of comparison made up 32 patients with CPPS IIIB (2 group). A control group is 17 healthy men. In group 2 the decline of nitrogen oxide of inducible NO synthase (INOS) production on 26,86% (p < 0,05) in blood were noticed, otherwise in Group1 the increase on 53,26% (p < 0,05) if compared to the control was noticed. In secretion of prostate and ejaculate an increase (iNOS) on 38,9% (p < 0,05) and 54,90% (p < 0,05) higher similar indexes in a the control group was marked. In group 2 the iNOS activity in prostate secretion and ejaculate did not differ from the control. The results of our research showed that increase of NO products by leucocytes in blood, secretion of prostate and ejaculate are the biochemical inflammatory defeat marker of prostate at CAP/CPPS IIIA.

Danilenko O.A., Medvedev I.N.

Abstract

The aim of this work is to investigate the possibilities of correction of a vessel wall antiaggregational, anticoagulative and fibrinolisative activity in patients with arterial hypertension and metabolic syndrome, who suffered from occlusion of eye vessels by using complex therapy including Losartan, Pioglitason and non-medic correction. It's found out that in such patients fosinopril is able to correct a vessel wall antiaggregational, anticoagulative and fibrinolisative activity after 16 weeks of therapy but doesn't fully normalize antiaggregational, anticoagulative and fibrinolisative activity. The achieved results are not stable and have the tendention to deterioration during not full non-medic correction in spite of the medical therapy.

Application of restoration technology of underwater tracture with underwater phototherapy for treating pathologies of musculoskeletal system

Bitsoev V.D.

Abstract

This study is devoted to a highly efficient method for treating pathologies of musculoskeletal system by means of combined application of the state-of-the-art modifications of underwater countertraction and underwater phototherapy developed by the author. This technology facilitates load relief of intervertebral discs, increases diastasis between glenoid surfaces of intervertebral and peripheral joints, and positively affects muscles under spasm resulting in their relaxation. Straining of joint capsules during countertraction and concurrent photo effect normalize microcirculation in encapsulated inflammation site (thus yielding an anti-inflammatory effect) and violated innervation of limbs and reduces or fully removes pain syndrome. The number of patients suffering from such diseases increases from year to year and the symptoms of diseases (vertebral osteochondrosis and Blount's disease of the shin bone and knee joint) are observed increasingly frequently in children as young as 12 to 15 years. Therefore, one the basis of vast experimental data, one may concluded that the method of underwater countertraction combined with underwater phototherapy is superior to other methods of conservative treatment of musculoskeletal system pathologies.

Steadiness of treponema pallidum to changes of optimum conditions of cultivacion

Kaziev A.C.

Abstract

By the time of discovery of the causative agent of syphilis by F. Schaudinn and E. Hoffmann (1905г.) the illness itself was spread for more than 400 years. Even after R. Koch had invented the stages of separation of the pure cultures in the second half of the XIX centuries, scientists were not able to get the strains of the causative agent of the illness for several decades. Numerous attempts to cultivate the treponema pallidum were ineffectual. The reason of these failures was attributed to the high needs of these microbes and the conditions of cultivation. So far the opinion that the causative agent of syphilis could not be cultivated was gradually formed. But the discoveries by R.R. Geltsera and others, by Nichols, by Reuter denied this assumption, the strains of treponema separated by them are cultivated in artificial breeding mediums till now, but with strict observance of all parameters of cultivation. In the scientific literature there are data affirming that treponema pallidum is not steady in the environment. The point of the given experiment consisted in defining the maximum period of survival rate of treponema pallidum in the situation of changing of their optimum conditions of cultivation. As a result of the experiment the maximum period of survival rate of treponema pallidum in the condition of action of several adverse factors was defined as 4 years and 1 month.
