Abstract

The article is dedicated to Yakov Alekseevich Lomko, Professor of the Department of Mass Communications of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, an outstanding teacher and public figure, journalist, head of editorial teams, veteran of the war, a person of the same age as the October Revolution. It is an attempt to write about an extraordinary person in the context of the theory of personal knowledge. The author uses methods of flashback and in-depth interviews.
