CONTRADICTIONS OF MEDIA FUNDS MARKET FORMATION MEDIA IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract


The article deals with the formation of the media market in Kazakhstan in the post-Soviet period. Critical analyzing and comprehending certain aspects of the functioning of the media system of Kazakhstan in the conditions of market relations, the author in addition to their own criticisms offers recommendations for improving the regulation of the information market in the country. In this plane the author proposes to regulate the media work at these levels: 1) regulatory and legal; 2) organizational and coordination; 3) scientific and educational; 4) self-regulation.
