Concept of a personal interest as legal category under the Russian legislation

Abstract
In the article the category «personal interest» is considered as the independent legal phenomenon. The author has lead the analysis of reflection of personal interests in norms of the Soviet and Russian law, and also has determined ways of protection of a personal interest and ways of its realization. A result of scientific work is author's definition of a personal interest as independent legal category.

The article describes the events when due to the strict law provisions any property's transfer, does not consist an unjust enrichment and couldn't reclaimed; researches basic reasons of such inability to reclaim; and analyses if such provisions compare with ground aims of the institution of acquisition and preservation of property without the sufficient legal ground.

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to UNCITRAL Model Law on cross-border insolvency, the basic stages of its preparation and scope of application. The provisions of Model Law, concerning coordination of parallel proceedings within the case of cross-border insolvency are analyzed. Abstract
In June 2008 a scientific-practical conference in memory of Honored scientist of the Republic of Tatarstan, Professor Volkov B.S. took place at the department of penal law and procedure of the law faculty. Professors, post-graduates and students made reports devoted to actual problems of penal law and procedure in XXI century. After that there was an interesting discussions of the problems stated, some original solutions were suggested. The conference included discussions of the latest changes in the sphere of Russian penal law and procedure, penitentiary legislation that had been made during last 2 years. By the way, some trends of perspective development of penal law, procedure, criminology, penitentiary law were outlined. professors as well as post-graduates and students made interesting proposals about the improvement of current legislation and practice of its use.
