Social conditionality of a political conflict predetermines its value in society development. The functional importance of a political conflict comes to light against political crisis. Ignoring by political elite of public opinion can become the reason of a national political conflict.

Abstract

In the modern conditions transformations in Russia acquire the tendency of the development of the civil society's democratic foundations and the strengthening of the socio-economic trend of the market economy. The problem of the business and the State structure cooperation, political structures and business cooperation in Russia acquire still more influence on the political and economic situation in the country. The cooperation of the business-structures must be presented in the forms of the self-organization and the co-operation of the small enterprises on the socio-economic basis. The search for the efficient models of the collaboration, the consistent development of the contacts and the activity between the State and the business structures would make it possible to strengthen the Russian business structure. This strongly depends on the organization of the cooperation with all subjects of the market. It's impossible to provide economic policy without the involvement of the business, that is why the development of the efficient system of the cooperation of the State and business structures is the important factor of the stable development of business in Russia.

Abstract

Information became the main resource of social, political, economic and scientific-technical development in the world. Besides the development of information new threats to the society have appeared: information wars, information terrorism, cyber terrorism. All these phenomena are psycho intellectual dangerous diversion. Information terrorism is characterized by the spreading of the false information in order to breed by people misconception and misunderstanding. One of the main problems in the struggle against criminality, including against cyber terrorism in the information society is that it is difficult to find the guilty person and estimate the scale of aftermaths of a crime. Thus, one can say that any state is not able to withstand by itself efficiently information terrorism and cyber terrorism, only efficient international cooperation is possible.

The article is devoted to the problem of struggle for autonomy in the context of ethno-religious factor in the political life of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The historical roots and contemporary features of the conflict between the government and the representatives of Jumma peoples compactly inhabited in the Hill area bordered upon India and Burma named Chittagong Hill Tracts are investigated. The different conceptions, methods and mechanisms of settlement of the conflict are considered, the role of local as well as international factors in the achievement of political consensus are evaluated. The conclusion about a necessity of the subsequent searching of the most optimal tools and methods of solving of such deep-rooted conflicts is made.
