Abstract

Strain intensity state (SIS) of ring gear in static balance through an action of clamping forces in self-centering chuck is researched by photomechanics method on the optical model. Influence of clamping forces on SIS of the ring gear hole contour before it’s processing on the internal grinder is modelled.
