Features of professional adaptation of the post-graduate student depending on education form

Abstract


In offered article rises difficulties of professional adaptation and employment of postgraduates of higher education institutions depending on form of education. Theoretical bases of research of this perspective are given. Initial concepts of human adaptation are shown. The problem of motivation of the personality to educational activity, and as specific typological features of the person is described.
