Vieira Ivanildo -., Jarov A.N.

Abstract

In article the structure and use of land resources of one of the countries of the African continent - Guinea-Bissau is considered. Data about structure of the agricultural area is cited. The data characterizing change of arable land, permanent corps, meadows and pastures is analyzed. The structure of the land occupied with grain, olive, fruit crops is considered. Data about rates of change of areas under crops of these cultures are cited.

Evaluation of antioxidatant potential in medical plants under UV-B-irradiation

Toaima W.I., Radyukina N.L., Dmitrieva G.A., Kuznetsov V.V.

Abstract

The UV-B irradiation action (6 -36,9 dg/m2) on medical plants Artemisia lerchiana L., Nigella sativa L., Ocimum basilicum L., grown in water culture, was studying. In plant leaves and roots the content of malondialdehyde, pigments, phenols, flavonoids, proline, and activities of antioxidant enzymes were determined. Investigated plants were able to resist to action of UV-B-irradiation (low and middle dose) without any power input for increasing of biosynthesis of low and high molecular component of antioxidant defense system. The damage level under stress conditions was low. At first hours plants used the constitutive level of antioxidants and after 24 h it was needed the antioxidant pool refilling. Carotinoids, flavonoids and proline were used by plants in 4 h after irradiation, the antocian synthesis increased after 12 h.

Assessment of biotechnology capacity of various wheat varieties

Mohamed S.E., Solovjova A.I., Dolgikh Y.I.

Abstract

Assess the ability to embryogenic callus formation and regeneration of plants of several varieties of soft and hard spring wheat breeding Egyptian and Russian in order to select genotypes suitable for biotechnology. Callus from mature embryos were isolated from dry seeds and immature embryos isolated from kernels at 10-12 days after pollination. The highest frequency of embryogenic callus production from mature embryos marked for cultivar Novosibirskaya-22 (71,4%), the lowest capacity for embryogenesis has the cultivar Sids-1 (4%). For some genotypes the higher frequency of production embryogenic callus obtained in the use of mature, but for others - immature embryos. For one genotypes higher frequency of embryogenic callus formation is received at use mature, and for others - immature embryos. With increase in age of culture the proportion of embryogenic calli was reduced at all cultivars, after four months of culturing it became close to zero. Novosibirskaya-22, Suhadzh-1, Gemmiza-1 can be used as sites of cell selection or genetic engineering.

Biological and biochemical stability of soil saprophite Trichoderma harzianum Rifai metabolites

Pakina E.N., Shneider J.A., Smirnova I.P.

Abstract

Metabolic stability of soil saprophyte Trichoderma harzianum Rifai was investigated under the conditions of long-term storage. It was showed that under the conditions of long-term storage the soil saprophyte Trichoderma harzianum Rifai preserves it's enzymatic and biological activity.

Morphological features of alluvial meadow dark-coloured soils of delta of the river of Volga and their microstructure

Krupnov V.A.

Abstract

Morphological descriptions of soil profiles of alluvial meadow dark-coloured soils and feature of their microstructure are resulted. Profiles of studied soils have structure common features. They are accurately differentiated on arable horizon of 28-30 sm and underlaying layers. Diversity in distribution of layers is observed. Plaster educations in a kind линзообразных crystals are had. Long agricultural use essentially has not affected an initial structure of soils.

Resource-saving technology of protection of soil on slopes of Altai middle mountains

Shuravilin A.V., Kulagin M.A.

Abstract

In conditions of middle mountains of Altai contour chisel-planting is the effective soil-protective reception of regulation of superficial drain. In comparison with the minimum processing and usual ploughing it reduces washout of soil and loss of chemical elements with a superficial drain and raises productivity of long-term grasses. At antierosion ways of processing of soil on a slope a steepness 6° migration of chemical substances was more than twice less in comparison with similar variants on a slope a steepness 10°.

Water regime and productivity of chickpea in rice checks

Shuravilin A.V., Boroditchev V.V., Adjaev S.B., Podolskaya T.V.

Abstract

The technology of cultivation of chickpea in rice cropping system using residual moisture left after the harvesting of rice, in ensuring the formation of 2,5 t/ha of grain was developed. The ways of primary tillage were explored and mold deep loosening of soil to a depth of 0.3 m was suggested. The optimum planting dates of chickpea were determined to ensure rational use of soil moisture reserves.

Aspects of the intensification of reproduction of the large cattle

Kurnyavko N.Y., Porfiryev I.A., Vatnikov Y.A., Kulikov E.V., Sotnikova E.D.

Abstract

The reproduction intensification directly depends on carrying out of early diagnosis of pregnancy and infertility at the inseminated highly productive dairy cows. In work are introduced ultrasonic researches of cows and young cows on a pregnancy, advantages of application of ultrasonic sound in comparison with rectal research are taped. On a findings of investigation defined sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonic diagnosis. In a findings of investigation defined times of a pregnancy of cows and young cows after an insemination. The optimal conditions of carrying out of ultrasonic diagnosis at cows and young cows are positioned.

Biocrystallodiagnostics of cats urolythiasis

Martusevich А.К., Russkih A.P., Grishina A.A.

Abstract

We studied crystallogenic and initiated properties of 24 healthy cats and 32 animals with urolythiasis. The new method of early urolythiasis, based on individualized biocrystallodiagnostics, including comparative urine crystallization investigation. This method use allows to analyze animal functional state, exclude differential diagnosis and control therapy effectiveness.
